Skin itching on whole body after every j

My mom suffering the problem of skin itching on whole body.it is like red spots,itnhing sensation on whole body throughout the day.particularly this is happening when she come from journey .last year she returned back from my residence of MP and caused the problem of skin itching which stayed for around 0ne month after consulatation of 2-3 doctors
