  4. Skin itching on penile skin. Help,

Skin itching on penile skin
I have itching sensation on the top portion of the penile skin (shaft). There is no dryness and visible signs of any rash or anything on the skin that shows up. The skin looks completely normal through naked eye but the feeling of itch is there. I am unsure as to what is wrong, I don't use condoms or any products that could cause an irritation. Require help, thanks.
