Skin itching n red rashes

Hi. I have got some red patches on both legs n it is itching a lot. I m using betnovate c for past 10days or so. What do i do?

Please don't use betnovate. It is the most common quackery medicine. Contains strong steroid and can cause side effects. The rashes can be either due to eczema or fungal infection.
