Skin itching dryness scales pigmentation

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Skin high itching, extreme dryness at those places. Scale formation, rashes, hyperpigmentation at those places. Currently at lower leg, feet, elbow. Please suggest remedy for clearing all this, and further avoiding it again.
