Skin issue related to face
I have lots of blackhead and small bumps all over my face and dark circles n some spots
And some small acne and face looks dull I have dark circles as well and my blackheads are not going no matter what I do
And 2nd issue is my lips are very dark

Acne is a common problem at this age. You have to maintain proper skincare routine like use of good moisturiser and sunscreen which are suitable for acne prone skin. Use of good facewash
Try no to pick or squeeze the pimple as this practice can leave marks and scars.
For lips you can use a good lipbalm with spf.
