Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife has a small wound on her hand that has come on its own around 2 years ago. Creams like candid were applied but hadn't helped. It had disappeared during her pregnancy. Post delivery it has returned. It's been 4 months since delivery. Wound has returned this month. Photograph attached.

It could be nummular eczema or even a fungal infection like Tinea Corporis. Is it anywhere else? anyone else in family has it? Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with this more information on ongoing medication or previous history of skin illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
