Skin issue for last 3-4 year
My father is 56 years old with alcoholic and eat tobbaco too,he has no complaint of diabetes or does not have BP and thyroid disease, but he gets a black patch type wound in legs in every rainy season with swollen,itching and bleeding from it please help us to diagnose it and treat it.
