Skin irritation and itching
Hello sir,
From few days I am having this problem.
My hands skin has become itchy and it gives a burning sensation also.
Please prescribe some medicine or soap for the problem.

this is Acute eczema which refers to a rapidly evolving red rash which may be blistered and swollen. Medication will depend on the skin type and the extent and cause of the allergy. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
