Have skin allergy and irritation in my neck..first the intensity of problem was less now it started spreading in my hands also

It may b allergic or viral. Plz cinsult dermatologist for examination and treatment.
Mranwhile start levocet m 1 at night and apply fudic cream 2 times a day.
