  4. Skin infections. Bed, plese suggest me!

Left leg hip ball joint displayed about 4month ego,,than 45 days leg  traction, after traction remove some skin problem start,black colour,with skin infections in leg, some ointment used and improve, but now the left leg skin infection problem now increase, in this stage what am I do, last four month he is in bed, he do everything in bed, plese suggest me
