Skin Infection on Right shoulder/Chest

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have skin infection on my right shoulder/chest part . It is redish in color. I think its insect bite. I am using mometasone furoate cream IP & Cetazine tablet from last 3 days, but i didnt get any improvement. Please help me on this
