  4. Skin infection on lower back. Is it?

Skin infection on lower back
I have discovered this day before yesterday. It just started with a red skin rash and something like dry incrustation over healing wound(attached pic) But not it has grown and affected other nearby skin. There has also been pain, sometimes sharp. What is it?
