The pictures provided are suggestive of psoriasis though not very typical. Methotrexate is a good drug and if it is not responding to it, there may be other issues. I do not think betnesol forte is a good option for you. You should see a experienced Dermatologist and replan your treatment options. Other areas needs to be screened during a consultation. Based on many factors, a plan can be made and can be followed up.
