Hi Eczema is a common recurring skin condition usually worse in winter. The main reason for itching is the dryness of the skin. Please use a mild ph balanced soap and have lukewarm warm bath. Avoid bubble bath of perfumed soaps as they dry the skin. Immediately after the bath apply moisturiser liberally over all the affected area. Reapply moisturiser frequently. Using a thermal spring water helps reduce the irritation. Add omega fatty acids such as fish or almonds to your diet. If still not better you may need topical steroid creams and oral medicines. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
