  4. Skin Infection. Its not going away!

I am suffering from a rash,not sure if it is something else. It's there for about 3 weeks now, i applied itch guard, ice packs nothing seems to be working. Keeping the infected area dry and clean ever since. It is like spots all over. bulging out , its not pus within. I am getting skeptical since its not going away
