Skin infection at one side under thigh

Hi. My wife is 28 years old. She is some skin infection under her thigh. Kindly suggest some medicines. I am attaching an image of infection. Kindly go through it and suggest any ointment and medicines. It is looks like herpes??? But i m not sure.. So plzz suggest. Regards, VishaL
