  4. Skin infection. So please help me!

Actually I don't know what it is called. I am attaching in photo please see it and let me know the possible things to do.. On my legs there are something like cut marks and the skin is very thin. Previously i was using Terbest cream suggested by a doctor but that is not working so please help me regarding this. Thank you in advance.
