My baby 8mnth old her skin so dry have apply oil daily but no improvement dryness turned into black patches

Might be infantile eczema. Will need a good moisturizer cream for local application. You will need to consult a doctor to ascertain need for any other medication than the above cream. Also use a good baby soap which also prevent skin dryness
