Skin dryness around eyes
I have a problem in the skin below eyes and the eyelashes. It gets dried up specially in the morning and in AC in office. White flakes comes off all the time from the affected area of both the eyes. Sometimes irritation also begins which upon scratching leads to redness.

Hi You seem to be having a skin condition called Seborrheic dermatitis. In this condition dry and flaky skin can be observed over the mid brow and eye brows , eye lashes and around the nose. This condition increases in cold weather and seems to resolve in summer. Use a ketoconazole cream at bedtime.  Be sure to use a mild Ph balanced face wash and lots of moisturiser over the eyes. If the condition persists you should see a dermatologist
