Skin dry and cracked

My husband has much dryness and cracks in skin in his groin area and under the scrotum. He had used Vaseline or coconut oil for relief but condition remains Please advise Thanks

hi these symptoms can be seen in eczema due to scratching skin becomes dry and scaly...in some venereal diseases also we can expect these symptoms so it should be evaluated for that u need to consult dermatologist
