My wife is suffering from skin problem in fingers. Already continuing in Homeopathy treatment. But not improving and it seems to transfer / infect from one finger to another. What type of problem is this?

Looks like she has developed cellulitis.
This is a superficial infection of the skin and underlying tissue. It is usually on the surface and does not involve deeper structures of the hand or finger.
Kindly consult surgeon for further evaluation and proper treatment...
