Skin darkening
I am from Bangalore,i am facing to much skin tanning as my face getting too much dark,and i am not exposed to too much sunlight.
So please suggest me a good face cream for fairness and a good sunscreen

Hi. Greetings. Darkening could be not only due to sun exposure but several reasons.
Sun tanning can occur even with short exposures and this is a protective mechanism of skin which is called immediate pigment darkening. Don't worry, use a sunscreen of high SPF around 30- like photoban gel, etc - and reapply every three or four hours if exposed to sunlight for long duration. Abstain from using fairness creams available over the counter since they may be harmful in the long run. See a dermatologist near you for any further assistance since cause for darkening needs to be assessed. Warm regards.
