My mother is having a wound like red mark on her right arm just above elbow. It was very little but it is spreading and she experiences pain and itching. Was given nadoxin  cream but no improvement. Skin biopsy shows hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis accumulation of neutrophils in stratum Corneum, mild to moderate acanthosis, marked mononuclear inflammatory Microscopic.. infiltrates in upper and with deep dermis focal basal cells destruction, along with epitheloid Cell granuloma & langhen's giant Cells. kindly correlate clinically for possibility of tuberculosis. Please explain in simple terms what this biopsy means? Is it cancer related? Should i be more concerned or go for another biopsy?
