I've heard that eating carrots daily enhances skin colour to some extent.how many carrots should i eat daily to get yellow skin as i am brownish skinny

Hi Our skin is the mirror of our health. We inherit the skin colour from our parents. Therefore we can not change the colour Bur definitely can make it look healthy.
