I am 42 years old male from meerut.I have polio and i use wheelchair for mobility.I have scoliosis also.For the past six
months i m having the problem in my penis foreskin,i am not able to retract it back and skin is white.May i request you to
advise me on this.

Hi
There are two possibilities wich are common, a condition called BXO or a fungal infection of the foreskin. If it is fungal infection then it need to be treated by oral antifungal tablets like fluconazole and possibly local antifungal cream.
If BXO then the only thing that can help you is operation called circumcision. Rarely topical steroid creams applied to foreskin can help.
Please get yourself checked for diabetes also.
