Skin changing to light colour

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello, I suddenly noticed that my skin colour around the right side of thr neck just beside the right shoulder is changing to light white patches. The change is happening in patches around that area. This is the first time i am seeing such colour changes on my skin. Any idea what is/are the causes of this change and any remedies to cure them? Thanks in advance for all the advice.
