Hello, kindly never ever use products like Melacare without a Dermatologist's opinion. It is a strong triple combination cream containing ingredients which can lead to serious side effects like reddening or burning of skin, skin thinning, visible blood vessels, hypopigmentation. Some of these effects can be Irreversible and leave you with permanently damaged skin. You can follow a healthy balanced diet and a regular skin care routine of cleaning, moisturizing and using a good sunscreen.
