Skin black pigmentation on face

Asked for Female, 44 Years

Started july 2017, Small round black pigmentation surrounded by white halo on right lower side of face 1 cm above mandible, next to lips, below .Slowly increased in size to about 1.2 cm now. Mild itching occasionally. Started on aloe soap face wash What can it be, does it require a biopsy.
