Hello Maam , Good evening , dryness of skin , cracking of skin in weather is normal , if it is only because of cold weather then it shoud get controlled with a good ,dermatologically tested emolient cream or lotion , but if it is not improving with topical creams then you need to consult a good ,reputed dermatologist , who can diagnose your problem very well & guide you for medications if required .
