Skin and Hair
How do I take care of my skin and hair?? How do I know that I have a certain deficiency?? How to make sure that I get enough nutrients?? Recently I met a dermatologist for hair fall and she just said prescribed me some supplements. And she didn't prescribe me to take any kind of blood tests to check my deficient nutrient. How do I make sure am eating right?? How do I make sure I am fit?? I have severe hair fall and pigmented lips corner... She suggested me hairplus m and folli grow for hair and clindamycin gel. And asked me to apply ketoff lotion on hair. Will that be enough to stimulate hair growth and have clear skin?? Why are there so many pores on my skin?? Its not that am suspecting her credibility... I would be happy if I get answers for all my question.

I would suggest a few tests to rule out nutritional deficits and a hormonal profile depending on the kind of hair fall and the appearance of the scalp on trichoscopy. This will determine the other oral or topical that may be necessary. As far as your skin  is concerned using a good sunscreen is essential (one that is suitable to your skin so you are compliant) and some pore minimising creams and antiaging cream. There are some procedures (as suggested by your dermatologist) that may improve your pores as creams alone are not sufficient for a satisfactory outcome.
