Hello, from your description it appears that you have a very sensitive allergy prone skin.. called as atopic dermatitis. For proper treatment visit a skin specialist as it may need long term management. As a general skin care regimen avoid antiseptic or herbal soaps. Preferably use a non soap cleanser eg Dove for bathing. Avoid scrubbing skin or using ubtan or loofahs. Pat skin dry very gently after bath and immediately apply a fragrance free moisturiser. Use sunscreen before sun exposure. Wear loose cotton clothes. Keep nails short and avoid scratching on the rash. Please visit a qualified dermatologist as soon as possible to prevent worsening of rash.
