There are reddish brown, slightly swollen areas along inner thighs and near genitals. Itching is experienced in those areas as well.
It has been around 3 months.

It could be Superficial fungal infection (Tinea cruris) caused by Dermatophytes.
Next Steps
Apply 1 percent Luliconazole cream twice daily for 4 weeks.
Micogel (Miconazole cream)in evening for 4 weeks.
