Skin allergy, swelling up

Asked for Female, 55 Years

My mother is having a skin irritation from more than 1 year. In this she gets itching which automatically results in swelling up of the skin and it won't go without taking anti allergic like citrizine. Please help in this. She is having sugar and b.p also alongside.
