I get skin allergy whenever I go in sunlight. My skin is so sensitive. I always cover myself with gloves n dupattas when I go out. Then also, rashes, swelling, fungal infection happens. I have got extremely dry skin. So in winter, same infections happen on skin. It's more on hands, neck and back. Main problem is, once a small part infection happens, it expands n goes on covering bigger area of skin. Many sunscreens, many winter creams I have tried. But once infection happens, nothing works. Compulsory I have to take 30,60 tablets. After completing course of medicines, I don't get allergy for 2,3 months if I go in sun then also. After that, skin becomes sensitive again.

You appear to be having severe sun allergy. Many patients find that they can prevent the condition by wearing protective clothing, avoiding the sun between 11am and 3pm, and frequently applying broad-spectrum, high-protective-factor sun barrier preparations – a line of action that, although effective, restricts one's lifestyle during the summer.
Anti-itch preparations, such as calamine lotion, may produce some temporary improvement.
Moderate or potent topical steroid creams may help suppress the condition when it arise
