Skin allergy on leg

Asked for Female, 62 Years

Daily once or twice, the itching starts on the leg. Post itching a white powder comes and then blood. After this the area turns black. This has been happening for the past 4 years, have shown this to numerous doctors but the treatment has not led to any fruitful result. During the last visit to ayurvedic doctor, he said the allopathy doctor gave wrong medicine and gave some other medicine but in vain.
