Skin Allergy on Hands /Feets & Arms

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My daughter age 9 months is facing itching and allergy problem on her arm/feet & hands (pucs attached ) I have taken treatment for eczema on advice of Dr for 2 months but w/o any positive results . Also followed steps related to Scabies treatment but results were not fruitful . What are the possible solution for this
