Yesterday my I had itchiness in my right I thought it might something related to superstition but in night while I was having my food I had big red spot it was like mosquito bite but in midnight it started it hing so much on my face are below my eye...Also my Palm was also started again itching and there was also red spot and now today on my thigh area I don't what is happening to me....I don't use any beauty product or any soap or any cream...It so much itchiness and burning....Tell me what to

What you are describing seems to be an attack of urticaria (an allergic reaction to some trigger). You can take antihistaminic tablets for a few days (Tab fexofenadine 180 mg twice a day or tab levocetrizine 5 mg twice a day).. if it still persists or continues to increase you should meet with a dermatologist in person.
