Skin allergy

Asked for Female, 46 Years

My mom is a staff nurse in a govt. hospital she has diabetes and always have an upset stomach, for which she takes medicines every now and then.. Mostly homeopathic.. But from a couple of months she started having this skin problem on her palm n foot palm... She is taking homeopathic medicine for that too but not much relief... Picture have been attached please suggest if anything can be done to get rid of this painful skin problem..
