Skin Allergy. As expected (pic attached)

My daughter is 19 months old and she has got this skin allergy on her chest since last 3 months. For first fews day, we applied soframycin. We consulted a well known dermatologist and used fucibet & Elidel for 10 days. Then she fell sick (cold, fever) and we stopped these cremes for a week. Post that since none of the above worked, we applied Desowen creme and Cetaphil DAM. But that also didn't work. We visited some place 2.5 weeks back and she developed few more rashes identified as SCABIES by her Pediatrician. Based on his suggestion to fix both these rashes and the spot on her chest, we applied Permite 5% on her whole body once per week (it has been applied twice already)., Siloderm Mixi (3 times till now) since 2.5 weeks, Tablet Forcan (1/4 tab alt over 8 days), Syp Clarinova (3.5 ml BD x 5 Days), Syp Allegra (2.5 ml BD x 10 Days), Syp XTRACLAV FORTRE (2.5 ml BD x 5 Days) Other body rashes have toned down but the spot on chest is not healing as expected (pic attached)
