Skin allergy

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have been suffering with a problem of bump breaking out on my lip for a year now. They appear suddenly and most of the time due to sunlight. Recently, some small acne broke out near my chin and jawline and they are increasing day by day. I am also developing blisters in my mouth almost at the same interior where my chin is. I had undergone an HPV test 2-3 years ago and it was normal. Suggest me as to what it could be?
