Skin allergy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

A slight redness with sort of bubbles on it....on 2 spots, one near shoulder and one below the neck. When I touch in those bubbles a get slight pain and irritation, sometimes it is itchy also. Areas nearby those 2 also is itching. I have never such thing happen to me or anybody before.
