I work near a a tin factory. I developed pimples last week. Still figuring out the problem. Can you please help me doctor?

We need to know if you have recently joined that factory or working for long time..... Pimples or acne might be due to various causes .... Kindly consult dermatologist .... Drink excess of water ... Add more of fruits in your diet..
