I have an small one acne on face i used no scars for it then some whiteness occurs then i did treatment from skin doctor it takes too much time they give me gel and tablets..is there any fast recovery to clear my skin fastly as before it is

You seem to be having a hypopigmentation due to the no scars cream. If you want to get better faster please try targeted narrow band phototherapy. This would be helpful to get a fast recovery. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and help you
