Skin acne and rashes
Doctor prescribed Hhfudic cream for applying on skin where rahses occurs . When we applied it on back neck it got reddish the skin. Please find attachment photo to see the severity of this. Also can please someone suggest about root cause of this and do I need to continue apply that cream or not .

This is Acne keloidalis nuchae . Its a condition characterised by follicular-based papules or boils and pustules that form hypertrophic or keloidlike scars. It typically occurs on the back of the scalp and posterior neck. It can b improved with injections and medication. Stop the cream ur using as it contains a steroid and can aggravate the lesions. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
