Sir, my headache is paining for about 10-15 days but I'm Heart patient so please best treatment Pain is eroded on the pill but it either comes back to the fever or starts to headache

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Just take a tab. Dolo 650 twice a day. Next time when you post a question, please make sure that your second part of question also makes sense. If you say headache it's enough, headache is paining doesn't make sense and also the end of the question doesn't make any sense.
