Sir i had sinus polips and sisst surgery

Sir I had surgery as said above on 22nd Nov 2016. But I am again facing problem of pain in lower part of the nose (may be some infection )and sometimes congestion in nose as well as in chest where surgery was done. Kindly suggest some medicine
