3 years sinus and alergy problem i will se so many docters not cure my problem ...regulerly use nosal spray ...not cure my problem

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no cure but symptoms will be controlled. Physical exercise sometimes can give long term relief
