Hi. For how long have you had these symptoms, has it started recently or you have had this for a few days/weeks/months? If this has started only recently, Covid-19 infection definitely needs to be ruled out. However, if you have had this for sometime, it could mean other things like chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps etc. I would suggest you to have a detailed consultation with an ENT specialist, preferably in-person so that the necessary evaluation can be done.
