you seem to be suffering from condition known as acute rhinosinusitis. in this condition your paranasal sinuses present in the skull and around the nose will be filled with infected mucous. this will lead to headache, nasal blocks, teeth ache etc. you need to take course of antibiotics, decongestant nasal drops and tablets, pain killers which will solve the problem.
if you get such infection frequently then it is known as chronic rhinosinusitis and needs to be evaluated completely with endoscopy and ct scan
