Sinuses problem
Dear Sir,
I have done CT PARANASAL SINUSES, the report is attached for your ready reference. Can u suggest me whether it will come to normal position through medicine or I have opt for operation. Also, can u suggest some possible way.

I would put you on medication for 1 month. If your symptoms resolve, will continue medications for a further 6 months. However if the symptoms are not relieved, Balloon Sinuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure similar to coronary angioplasty wherein a Balloon catheter is inserted through your nose into your maxillary sinuses and then dilated thereby widening the pathway improving drainage of the blocked sinuses allowing medications to then reach and heal your inflamed sinus mucosa. Unlike conventional surgery which requires a recovery period of 7-10 days rest, here it is just 3 hours to recovery from the anaesthesia only.
